SACRED SUPPORT CIRCLES FOR RECOVERY
In honor of Valentine's Day, the topic for this circle will be Self-Love and Reconnecting with Ourselves 💕
Most of us were taught how to relate to others long before we were taught how to relate to ourselves. We learned how to please, protect, perform, or survive, but rarely how to be in a caring, gentle relationship with our own inner life.
We are not trying to ‘fix’ ourselves or become someone new. We are practicing a new way of relating to who we already are, with curiosity instead of criticism, care instead of control, and presence instead of abandonment. Featuring a Healing Sound Bowl Journey by the incredible Lisa Belle ❤

WHAT ARE SACRED SUPPORT CIRCLES?
Recovery is not just about abstaining, it’s about learning how to live again. Whether you’re healing from substance use or process addictions (like codependency, porn, gambling, shopping, food, or other compulsive patterns), recovery asks you to rebuild trust with yourself, regulate your emotions, and heal the roots beneath the behavior.
This Sacred Support Circle is a gentle, trauma-informed space for those in recovery to breathe, process, and be supported in community. While traditional meetings and support groups can be deeply valuable, these circles offer an additional layer of guided nervous system support through grounding practices, breath, and reflection, so participants feel held, resourced, and restored as they continue their healing journey.
THIS CIRCLE IS FOR ANYONE IN RECOVERY FROM:
*Substance use (drugs, alcohol, or any dependency)
*Process addictions (codependency, porn, gambling, shopping, food, or compulsive patterns)
*Emotional coping behaviors rooted in trauma, stress, or attachment wounds
IT'S ESPECIALLY SUPPORTIVE FOR PEOPLE WHO:
*Feel triggered, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
*Are tired of doing recovery alone
*Want deeper healing beyond surface behavior change
*Are seeking a safe space for regulation, reflection, and restoration
Guided by breathwork, gentle somatic release practices, and a meditation journey carried by music and drum, this circle invites the body to soften and the heart to breathe again. The intention is not to replace meetings, but to offer an additional safe space, gently guided toward healing the deeper nervous system wounds beneath addiction.
